The principal of Insurance Tigers is our President, Rickey Smithberg. He brings a unique set of values and experience to the agency and combined, offer our clients a service base that will provide a strong knowledge of the marketplace, great access to the major carriers as well as regional companies specializing in products and plans that round out your insurance portfolio. Rickey started in the insurance industry in January 1975. Over his lengthy career he has held multiple positions in virtually every aspect of the insurance industry; in both Life & Health, as well as Property & Casualty. He has successfully run three agencies, Been a P&C Broker in California, Been a major player (by designing and servicing hundreds of cases) in the Self-Funded marketplace, a Carrier Specialist in several fields, and acted as a General Agent twice.
Rickey is happily married for 33 years and resides in the Las Vegas Valley. Rickey is a passionate and avid ancient coin collector. Please feel free to contact me to show you I am the type of agent and broker that can provide you the service and support you expect and deserve.
